Keep Flying, Neil!

Don't be sad. Neil Armstrong already made it halfway to Heaven before, so this trip should be a snap! Let's all celebrate his legacy. How, you ask?

Why, by listening to Charles Fox's giggly-wonderful score for "Barbarella," of course (I can't bee-lieve you had to ask!). Who doesn't think of the late 60's, Neil's trip and all things sexy and fun, while listening to the chorus breathlessly coo, "Barbarella, psych-a-della!"

"I don't know if there are men on the moon, but if there are, they must be using the earth as their lunatic asylum." George Bernard Shaw.

Thanks for observing this on your blog. I miss living in a time when things like space shots were something that we as a nation all held our breath over.

First time I heard the news; I'd only been away from my computer for an hour

It's sad, but happy. What a life this guy had! Literally like none other!

Godspeed Neil Armstrong: test pilot, astronaut, naval aviator, war veteran, engineer. A man of dignity and integrity.
